Out of curiosity, I tried to find haste caps for Mindbender (= haste values with an additional melee attack).

50k iterations, patchwerk style, elite skill, deterministic RNG, plot target error set to automatic.



So... how is it even possible that more haste REDUCES DPS?
I expected a result that looks like stairs, why are there the bumps?

EDIT: To clarify, only action in the APL was using the Mindbender, nothing else. And Bloodlust has been disabled.
