N BRF vs H HM Loot stats

Hey guys,
So one simple question:
Do BRF 665's provide greater increases through itemization than H HM 670's?
Would you take a 665 with your top priority stats, vs a 670 with a 1 good and 1 crap stat on it?
I know primary > secondary for stats, but I'm genuinely interested in what people have to say on this.

Depends... obviously if a gear has better stats for your priorities, than take the better gear... However due to the evolution of ilvl > playing skill... (or so people believe), you might just want to get the ilvl upgrade... But it's all up to you. Better gear = Better player. Ilvl doesn't make the player.

There is an add-on called pawn where you can set the weight of each stat and it will tell you if the 665 is better than the 670 with crap stats
