Feral Q: Should I use 2 Multistrike Trinks?

I keep hearing that doubling up on multistrike trinks isn't a good thing, but right now I'm not using the bis items because I just pug on my kitty so no chance at farming bosses every week. So right now I'm Wearing:

Meaty Dragonspine Trophy

and

Scales of Doom

but I just bonus rolled Beating Heart of the Mountain off kromog, So I'm Just wondering if I should stack scales and the beating heart? the Trophy is supposedly not good b/c of the haste proc, but has good base agility on it. If someone could just give me some opinions and reasons why, it would be much appreciated! Always looking to better my kitty.

There's no downside to using double multistrike. Multistrike doesn't DR.

Just use both MS trinkets.
