Ele talent choices for BRF

Hi I have been away with work for 5 weeks and would like some help with talent choices in BrF don't forget I have no set pices yet and would like to optimise as much as I can so I don't drag the raid team down.

I would actually like to know what people think since we had a week to try our new talents out. This is what im running

I have 4set:

Gruul: EM,UF,SET
Hans N Franz: EM,UF,LM
Beastlord: EM,UF,LM
Flamebender:EM,UF,LM
Operator: Echo,UF,LM
Kromog: Echo,UF,SET
Maidens: Echo,UF,LM
Blast Furnance: Echo,UF,LM
Blackhand: EM,UF,SET

I would like some suggestions on this setup if i should make changes, also i have 4set so am i suppose to be running PE? or does it even matter

Check the link above for more detailed discussion. But, basically, anything that isn't single-target you should be running PE. UF loses its value if you switch LB out for CL.
