Ghostwolf bugged?

I noticed during tonight's Tectus mythic progression, that ghostwolf is 190% speed during combat. Im assuming this is a bug?

It's all sorts of buggered since 6.1 hit. Plenty of cases where it's it's slow when it should be fast and fast when it should be slow.

Yes, it's bugged. Kind of glad it is though. Was running to BRF and came across a group of alliance and was able to out run them thanks to the bug not slowing GW down.

Using the Tablet in Ashran is also bugged, the speed boost to mount speed is removed after 2 secs.

It kinda does what it wants randomly. Just roll with it. It can't be worse than always slow.

There is definitely a bug with it. At blackhand I noticed if you jump left-to-right, right-to-left you will stay at 200% speed. I'm assuming it's thrnglyph that is bugging as it jumps from 110 to 200. I thought it might have been from something blackhand was doing with those melting pots, but it seems it's s bug.
