So you instead prefer to run something over and over, hoping to get your 15th, 20th copy of the same piece you are currently wearing, but with the optimal stats you need?

If you're doing something 20 times apparently you don't need the optimal version.

There was the right way to reforge your gear, and there was the wrong way - every other "non-optimal" reforge.
No, it wasn't adding choice - there was ONE way which gave you the best numbers in a given context.

Losing reforging isn't optimal...but it makes more things easier than not
