step 1 make an account on Taiwan server

step 2 buy 2 or 3 tokens

step 3 sell them for 1 million gold

step 4 buy realm transfer and transfer to your country server

step 5 play on your country server with 1 million gold on it obtained from selling the tokens in taiwan?

No you cant transfer between regions only servers in the same region.
