Well that really depends, doesn't feel like the damage pattern is that far off MoP standards again, with a few exceptions though.

personal preferences. i just don't like being at 99% and get 1% heal. and then call it "more healing in the end"

and i hardly use tunics these days thanks for renewal. 132k healings are awesome.

Well, tunics probably wouldn't help anyway. Although running around properly dressed is a good idea.
