[Resto] 4-set or not?

Hello!
I'm resubbing after a few months of inactivity and I'm really curious about the 4-set.
Checking out a few resto druids I've noticed that a lot of them don't pick up 4 pieces anymore, just staying around 3, with gloves and helmet being their offpieces.
Did I miss something?

It's pretty crap tbh. Actively trying to make use of the 4pc is both a mana and throughput loss. 2pc is quite nice though.
