mut looks strong Subtley will still be controlled burst and Combat took a hit with the KS changes

So long as assassination stays at where it is now, it will be that spec for pvp. If not, sub. Combat is dead.

In PvE it looks like sub will still be the strongest ST spec however with the look at some of the fights in HFC assassination and combat will be the way to go
