Taking too much damage in Hellfire?

Hey guys I've been doing normal HFC and some Heroic bosses with my guild since Patch and I've been hearing from raid leaders/officers that the healers are complaining I'm taking too much damage not exactly sure why my gear seems to fine. If you guys could help me out that would appreciated.

Your gear is definitely too low to do heroic reasonably, most heroic bosses will swing for 300k odd in your gear, so a swing+ a mitigated sotr swing will kill you.

Yeah you do normal hfc and get 700 ilvl gear for heroic hfc (unless you are mythic brf geared).

If you have gold there will be some great boe's from hfc on the ah haste/mastery belt (girdle of demonic wrath) and some plate boots I forget the name of.

Also enchant your gear properly, get the proper +50 ring and +75 neck and +100 w/ speed cloak enchants.
