Will Blizzard actually be punished?

So WoW is down to 5.1 and for those that agree that Blizzard has made huge mistakes and that WoD is pretty bad the drop in subs is a good thing. But the subs will rise when the next expac is released due to hype and people will forget WoD.

When will Blizzard be punished in the long run or is this just another blip? Do you think Blizzard will ever wake up and admit their mistakes?
