Does the lack of trademark means something?

So the announcement is less than 30 hours away and we still have no real trademarks outside of Eye of Azshara and Council of Glades. Does that mean that one of them is the true one? Or they will get one today or none at all and Blizz will trademark the name after the announcement?

Pretty sure trademarks have to be made public the moment they're submitted so people can contest it under copy right grounds etc. Most likely they just havent filed one yet, they'll probably file it tomorrow literally just before the announcement because that way people can't find out the expansion name via trademark fishing.

Well they can file it in a country that does not have an online database and thanks to the madrid agreement they can use that in other countries later on.

They can be filled in countries where they don't have to go public on the web. Once the announcement is over they then get adopted globally. This happened with Hearthstone as the TM only appeared 3 days after the announcement.
