Fury Warrior secondary stats question.

I've just the 30% Crit mark, however, I've seen people saying I should be at 11% Haste yet I'm only at 4% as I've been prioritizing Mastery over Haste, should I be looking to replace Crit/Mastery gear I currently have with Crit/Haste?

You should have enough haste to bring BT cooldown below 4s so that you can use it twice in each enrage. But if you get the warrior class trinket from Archimonde, thats 22% haste at 10 stacks.

You don't really need any haste if using the class trinket. Alone it gives you almost double the amount you would need on your gear. However, be aware that on fights that you won't use the class trinket for such as Assault, you still need at least 11% so don't throw away any haste gear you get your hands on. To be honest, don't throw away any gear during progression. Keep it handy for when you want to push other stats around.
