They should just force personal loot on non-Mythic raids, it's not that hard.

On the topic of actual feasible solutions i liked the idea that Rtrain brought up in the other thread:
If this is too restrictive, then normal and heroic should at least share their loot lockout to prevent going to normal to fill up tier sets and trinkets.
Any thoughts on these ideas?
Unlock mythic week 1, and go back to only being able to clear the instance once a week, whether that is heroic or mythic.
This way the only splitruns you would be doing is for the people sat our for a boss. The scenario would end up like:
Kill Hellfire assault with 20 (of your 25 man roster).
Bring the remaining 5 man, alongside with the required alts to kill hellfire heroic.
Continue to next mythic boss.
Repeat.
This could be solved by having mythic dropping better gear so.
Usually the first bosses fall over, even on mythic. If these bosses would reward some decent gear instead of rewarding you with the exact same ilvl as you would get from the Heroic End Boss, then mythic could potentially end up being more worth. It's a matter of balance I'd say. However this won't favor casual raiders or any other raiders that aren't going for high world Ranks.
I understand blizzard when they wanna come up with a solution that works for every1, and they have over the past few years made raiding content available for every1, with the recent change that "every1 is a heroic raider".
If we could just go back to only doing splitruns for 1 week atleast, back to how it was before WoD ^^ - I don't see how the changes they made to the raidlockouts would solve anything, they just added more of the same content to make us believe the game is bigger?
