I use 45 Euro a month max on games. MAX, yet i got around 580 euro to spare when my new paycheck comes in.
Just beacuse i set a limit, doesnt mean i CAN spend more.

There is SOOOO many different scenarios OP could be in, and you have no idea which it is.
And what if he's 14 as ive said before? Majority lives at home then, doesnt pay rent nor for food. "hey i got a couple of bucks over from my allowance, can i afford this and that?".

Not at all. There are youngsters that have to pay for their own game time but they stay at home so they don't have other expenses. Also, people make sacrifices all of the time. It's called opportunity cost. It's part of economics.
