    You need dks, mages, rogues.
Rogues & Mages to close the black holes.
DKs to grip the little demons.

And all in the raid really really needs to know whats going on. The moevent of the raid is the clue to not wipe because of the fire explotions.

Nice example of *yesterday lfr people* trying mythic xhul today.

Everything is awful according to logs, 95% of ur damagers have no clue how to dps and ur RL have no clue about

    tactic.

Only 100+ more pulls and miracle will solve the prob.

3 dk's is plenty to take care of black holes. Mages plus 1 hunter should take care of chains easily (3 mages should actually be fine, adding 1 hunter would only be for bad rng). Have people stop getting hit by the voidfiends, no one should get hit by one ever. People standing in voidfiends looks like your biggest problem overall though.

well you dont need rogues, just have a few designated hole soakers and whichever doesnt get fel surge should get stacked up by a disc priest and done.

you can also outplay fel surge by running out of melee

It's unlikely fire mages are going to be that impressive. It's just a spec that looks convenient to use as a mage, not on the global scale of the game too necessarily. In fact, fire mages should be worse than live fire mages on overgeared teams because the live fire mages can break the spec with crit capping while this 7.x version is a more down to earth spec that does stuff more reasonably.

Even after the changes, the general design of Xhul is extremely favorable for Fire. It's a tank and spank fight with 2 tertiary adds and constantly spawning melee adds to spread LB/Ignite/Dragon's Breath/Flamestrike.

Don't be surprised if other classes look similar in AOE now. Fire mage does keep its character of being better at AOE than the other mages, but it's a more down to earth spec now in terms of that, in order to justify giving it a little better single target damage, because of the spec gating of Legion. This is done mainly by the Combustion change.
