Thinking of switching to mage in legion - How is the class/specs looking?

is frost for pve viable? or fire it's the only way?

i will move to a different country next year, and i will probably have a high latency so i was looking for a spec that doesn't require good ping like fire

i was thinking about arcane/frost, but i like frost more... annyone tried frost raiding?

Ray of Frost is a channeled spell that is cast with a single click, it keeps casting for 10 seconds without further human action, and it does big damage.

There's no question that Frost will be viable.
Question is which spec will be best, there must only be one!
