    Warlock and professions

    Hi,

since I hear from many sides that a gathering and creating profession (like skinning and leatherworking) would be the best combo I want to ask, what you guys prefer
    for your warlock and why?

I got Enchanting and Alchemy on live.

I'm not concerned about which professions for Legion, since I won't be buying that steaming pile of garbage, at least not until it goes for cheap and even then I doubt it. Not interested in Garrisons 2.0 and a really bad, brainless PvP RNG grind.

Otherwise, I've been enchanter & tailor on my warlock since Cata.

Back when we had profession passives/bonuses I always chose tailoring and enchanting on my warlocks and mages. My priests usually are alchemists and herbalists or scribes.

My lock is jewelcrafter & enchanter, my mage is tailor / enchanter. Back in the days when professions were meaningful, and I hope they will be again.

Enchant / Tailor since early 2005, I can't bring myself to change it. I was very worried about needing the new Primal Nethers only coming from gathering profs, but since that has changed I feel confident in keeping it.

Straight from the recent Professions Q&A with the Developers:
    Profession Perks
    • There are some cool and useful perks for the professions, but not significant power increases.
    • ...
    • The team doesn't want players to be pushed to certain professions for player power increases. You should play a profession because you enjoy it.
    So pick what you like.

Been tailor/enchanter since TBC, might be swapping to inscription in Legion, seems promising for gold and makes swapping talents easier.. Then I'm considering herbalism or if i'll make a gathering proffesion alt..

I went for Enchanting and Mining, Enchanting for the benefits to enchant my own gear and Mining for on the side money making.
