Neither is true by any measure, people get angry all the time and quite often have good reasons why they're angry. Somehow in the last few years people have taken to accuse anyone they disagree with as angry and then go on to use it as trying to portray them as unreasonable and wrong. It's as if I walk up, punch someone in the face, then when they get angry go "Well, you're just angry!". Obviously they are, I just punched them!
