Which is better for Legion raiding, Arms or Fury

From the beta experience i would say hands down Fury at the moment.

Arms AoE Fury ST/Cleave

For sustained aoe, fury is better unless you got the legendary that procs AOE CS on jump. You do jackshit dmg outside of the CS window and the only aoe CS it your artifact talent that has quite a huge cooldown.

Arms has access to Bladestorm baseline. Well thought out AoE burst with Warbringer, Bladestorm, and Battle Cry shouldn't be too large of an issue for burst AoE.

For cleave it has acess to Titanic Might and and sweeping Strikes, and Rend to assist in Cleave damage.

Arms has plenty of tools for AoE and Cleave. The only thing that should hold it back is poor management of abilities and tuning.

As for, "Sustained AoE" there hasn't been an encounter where that is the case for a long time. Most AoE is burst and ends within a few seconds of it beginning.
