Artifact Relics

There's been quite a bit of info about Artifacts but I can't see much detail on Relics, is there any heads up, analysis, spec interactions etc on this pls ty?

pretty simple early on.. Ilvl>all.

You'll take any relic as long as its an ilvl upgrade, regardless of what trait it effects. Down the road, the mana regen trait or increased hot healing traits are pretty solid options.
