Need helping deciding a class

First and foremost, I'm sorry for another post regarding this. I know you guys have seen this asked many times but I sincerely need some help as I haven't played this game in awhile and I'm very lost on what the changes are.

I'm currently on the fence between the following:

Arms Warrior
Mage (Fire)
Death Knight
Havoc Demon Hunter

I'm looking to have a strong class for PVE Raiding that can be top / medium of the charts and I'm also looking for a strong PVP class. Could someone please offer some insights?

If you are looking for top pve/pvp class I'd go mage or dh out of those, dk is pretty niche in some of the pve encounters but good nevertheless. If you want another classes to consider than lock, ww, rogue, maybe sp.
