Black Rook Hold quest line in Aszuna?

You get Bradensbrook quest when you go The Temple of Elune. Nearby is a female corpse that gives you the quest.

And then that leads into Black Rook Hold

Those are both in Val'sharah, not Azsuna. That may be why you don't see the quests for them in Azsuna.

There was a quest that took me to Bradensbrook, but once I finished finding the Mayors daughter, no other quest came.

Found it, I had to get another quest that was a cooking quest, for some odd reason after I finished it, the quest mark icon appeared on the map.

weird, the required quests for Bradensbrook are the one where you explore the tower cellar, help grandma in the fields, and then by the docks helping the lady with the bird. After that you'll move right into The rook
