Alliance/Horde specific content in Legion?

Is there any?
I heard/read some rumors about Sylvanas' lore in Stormheim. Is that Horde-only? Or all plotlines are essentially the same?
Knowing this is essential for me to choose the order of alts leveling and where..

Stormheim starts with a scenario that's different for Horde and Alliance. That's about it really.

What about the solo scenario involving Prophet Velen and the invasion of Exodar? Isn 't there a Horde alternative?
Just doesn't make any sense having a Horde toon assisting in saving Velen and the Exodar!
You guys sure there isn't any more specific faction -related PvE content?

Both factions aren't at war and the legion is hammering down on the planet, so standing united is quite important.

it makes perfect sense, both factions need the information is the lights heart, both have to help velen.
