Devilsaur Shock-Baton Overpowered?

Hi!

Take a loot at this screenshot:


These was DPS test on Mythic lvl 2 Odyn. Despite Shock-Baton being 30 ilvls lower it's proc still dealt more total damage than the other 865 trinket.

What's the deal with this? I notice nothing can really compete with Shock-Baton damage wise. According to Icy-Veins Portable Manacracker is BiS, I got that, and it's damage is massively inferior to that of Shock-Baton.

Is the Devilsaur Shock-Baton overpowered? Or are all the others just weak (I highly doubt this)?

devilsaur shock batton, has a higher proc co-efficient i guess.

Faulty Countermeasures falls into the same catagory. Its stronger than all current mythic dungeon trinkets at its base heroic ilevel.
