Bring Home the Beacon Quest missing Suramar

Hello everyone,

I know that some people have already done 11/11 in suramar and I am almost there as well, but I am stuck at one of the last step there.

I am unable to acquire the Bring Home the Beacon quest.

I have done the 4 other quest before that one, but it just won't appear to me.

I am 999/1000 exalted with the reputation of Nightfallen and I have done 10/11.
According to this guide: http://www .wowhead.com/guides/suramar#side-a-change-of-seasons, I should have that quest to do now, but I cannot find the quest anywhere.

So how did you find it? cuz I'm still stuck, I have done the raid part, and the 2 pre quests Ephemeral Manastorm Projector and Flow Control. but which npc do you have to speak to?

Ok. I found out what to do, if you gave the Telemancer (forgot his name) some arcane mana after that. The quest popped up and I was able to finish the questline.
