Urosc's rending paw

It's one of our best trinkets, but does no damage. Am I missing something? Is it only so high up on sims because of the strength that it gives?

I would think a stat stick would actually out perform it. The proc seems to be around 2.5% of total damage.

I coined a warforged socketed one on our normal run last night. Disappointed to later find out... it is basically a turd.
