Odd thread for this question...

It's not a nerf, friendo. Data mining is unreliable and can show some odd things when looking at new builds. My guess is the information looks odd and they're simply making a change to have MfD fill your CP when you're using DS, instead of only providing 5. Just a theory, though.

Wouldn't worry about it.
