Horde Need stat weights for resto shammy

Maybe for alts and their specs too, but basically i wanted to know why they say its kinda unique to each player, shouldnt all troll shamans have the very same stat weights ?
There should be a middle term that i can input some basic values, such as 1 int > 0.69 mastery > 0.61 Crit > 0.49 haste > 0.41 Versatility , rather than just Int > mastery > crit > haste > vers, just so we know exactly when it'll be better or not to trade a lower ilvl (so overall secondaries + int) is better than a higher ilvl gear.

Any tips would help as well, i thank in advance

    I'm using the following spreadsheet:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1js6YN3UcZEhKeRNiv028nTwC0FMl5SU2yzJAohiBwK8/pub?output=xlsx

    1. Enter your Intellect/Crit/Haste/Mastery/Versatility in cells B4-B8.
    2. (Optional) change the HP ratio from 0.25 if you want for mastery contribution estimation. The default 0.25 assumes a target with 25% HP.
    3. The stat weights will be calculated in cells E4-E8.

I wouldnt assume your typical target is at 25%, not that it matters. Mastery is our best stat. After mastery it's more of preference. Some shamans want more haste than others. I tend to prefer less haste, more mastery/crit. But if I find a mastery/haste piece 20 ilvls higher than my mastery/crit piece Im going to use it.

*edit. I wont use a haste/vers piece. Ill use crit/haste or mastery/haste, but IMO your perfect piece is crit/mastery. One thing you gotta remember is on crit heals we get the 15% haste cast, so crit gains extra throughput value.

Ilevel > all , if it is same ileve then it depend on your playstyle. I choose crit for mythic+ but if you raid and spam chain heal I recommend haste to make chain lightning less boring. Mastery come automatically anyway on near every piece of gear
