    Fury Warrior stat priority??

    I have been playing fury throughout Legion. I read the guides and watch videos etc like we all do or should.

    My question is what stats should we go for? Every site or guide is so different.

    icy Veins
    Strength;
    Haste to 50%;
    Mastery;
    Versatility;
    Critical Strike;
    Haste past 50%.

    MMO Champion
    18% haste > 30% crit > Mastery > Vers > Haste > Crit

    I check out Fury Warriors in the top guilds none are consistent. Some balance stats, some stack mastery, some stack haste. What are other Fury Warriors doing????

    881 Fury Warrior cleared Mythic Raids 16% Crit 13% Haste 55% mastery

    873 Fury Warrior cleared Heroic Raids 33% Cri, 23% Haste 25% Mastery
    http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...nerio/advanced

    878 Fury Warrior ICY Veins says is one of the best on the world 17% Crit 28% Haste 38% Mastery.

    I'm on the fence a little myself about which stat to push, Sims don't seem to relate well to actual data.

    My currnt sats are: 21.51% Crit, 22.32% Haste, 61.23% Mastery

    Mr. Robot tells me to stack Mastery after 22% Haste which is what I've done

    Eros of Altar of Storms (US)

    You can see my data on Warcraft Logs, Sry can't post any links yet.

    The 18% haste and 30% crit is from WoD days, you needed the 18% haste combined with the class trinket to reach a breakpoint, and the 30% crit was to hit a breakpoint for your bloodthirst crits. We obviously don't use the trinket anymore, and crit has been devalued due to battle cry giving 100%, Furious Slash's mechanic, and rampage giving guaranteed enrage, making us less dependent on bloodthirst.

    The icy-veins guide is the most accurate so far, that's what the theorycrafters here came up with, according to sims.

    The issue with gearing is, with the titanforging system, and the stats on gear in EN, it is difficult to put together a set with the exact stats you want. If you want haste, but something with crit procs an 895 ilvl, you'd be silly to not use it, even if it's your worst stat, since there's so much of it it's worth the stat change. That's why everyone is all over the place with gear, you would have to farm mythic+s for days just to try and get an item, and then have it proc a high enough ilvl, to get your "best" stats.

    Just do your best, sim yourself if you want an idea of weights.

    Seems first warrior with mastery got arms as main, cause only 889 art.

    Gearing Fury is easy
    Does it have more Haste than other stats ? Great
    Does it have Haste but less than the other stat ? Okay
    Does it not have haste ? bad

    I would be very careful about making assumptions based on peoples' armory profile. You're making assumptions that A) they actually raid as Fury and did not just log out in Fury spec B) You're making assumptions that their highest stat is what they're stacking which is not the case. For instance, with my gear I'm at 28% haste, but 39% mastery. By your assumption I'm stacking mastery but that's not actually the case. I just end up with lots of mastery paired with haste gear, and due to the fact that my artifact is all crit/mastery I end up with more mastery than haste. And C) You're making the assumption that these people have received completely optimal gear for the ilvl which is also not always correct.

    To answer your question the icy veins stat priority is the most accurate guideline that you listed, but the best way to determine your exact stat weights is to use simc and understand that your secondary stats, besides haste < 50% are usually going to be so close that it makes very little difference. Pay attention to the stat weights and run simc to monitor them as you gear up.
