Cannot see rank 3 binding ring enchant recipes

The rank 3 "Binding of" recipes for Mastery, Crit and Versatility are allegedly available from First Arcanist Thalyssra, but I cannot see them on her vendor list.

Try changing your loot from Priest to all? It's possible they're hidden from Priests for some weird reason and that might make them show up.

Tried that, didn't work.

Besides, recipes are not included in that loot selection list, IIRC. I can see recipes on every other vendor, even when it's set to Priest.

Seems like there's a bug where the recipes aren't showing if you're exalted, but they do show if you're revered. Hopefully this gets hotfixed ASAP.
