Disc nerfed today accidently?

Hey just checking with you guys here. With today's shadow nerfs, any disc
players notice their shadow word: pain nerfed?

Here's mine
Last night: SW:P 21,958, 240,562 over 18sec
Today: SWP: 21,016, 189,144 over 18sec

I made a note of comparing these because a few days ago I read that shadow word pain was
being reduced (for shadow spec anyway)
But it does seem it also hit Disc today

They just removed Haste scaling from tooltips...

They nerfed SWP. used to tick for 45% of your spell power, and now it ticks for 41% of your spell power. You can find it in the recent patch notes.
