This is a great write-up. The only point I disagree with is the usage of Judgement of Light as your go-to level 90 talent. I prefer taking Consecrated Ground only for the snare, since I find the healing component of either of these talents to be lackluster.

Consecrated Ground can be immensely helpful in situations when you have to kite (e.g. to drop Necrotic debuff) and no one else in the group has an aoe snare. I usually have a warrior or an enhance shaman in my m+ group so dropping stacks reliably without too much movement became a non-issue with aoe stun + Consecration after the stun ends.
