7.1 out and Marks of Honor still not fixed?

So afaik, 7.1 is out in Europe by now (been working 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week for hte past month so my brain is kinda fried and almost no time to play) but from what I see, Marks of Honor (the honor currency revamp that was a part of the legion cancer prune) is still not resolved? Still nothing, 0, received on loss and .00001% to receive on win? When it was supposed to be 3/1 guaranteed? Is this a joke?

Was there a comment for it to be guaranteed? I've recieved one every other time I've one a match. As well from the win-box.

They seem to drop fairly often to be honest. I think i have about 20 left and no idea what to buy with them.

And they now also can be obtained trough:
- WQs
- Weekly event
- and even Class Hall missions

Do you have the appearance for every single pre-Legion PvP piece? Plate, mail, leather, cloth, and all weapons, shields and offhands? Do you have all the ten PvP mounts, five Alliance and five Horde? If you've got all of the aforementioned, then I guess there's not much left.
