Got an 860 version tonight with a socket, no Titanforge unforch. Still, this thing is absolutely insane. To think I could buff this by 30% with the chest? It already feels buffed as hell.

I got the chest from nightbane last night. This trinket is now second highst on my damage done in M+(8,9,10)

How'd you get it? I've been checking Wowhead, etc, etc and they have no sources on where it drops or where to buy it.
