Top DPS going into 7.1.5?

Ranged: Shadow Priest and Warlocks are dominant.
Melee: Warrior, Rogue, Ret, Demon Hunter are dominant.

Rest is average.

Hunter/Shaman are mediocre but Hunter/Shaman are getting buffed at least.
Mage is also in a weird spot atm.

@SeagullMD: Hunter right now is three different class as far as the community is concerned. You have an nearly immobile nuker. a support guy for their pet and someone that thought feral dps was too easy and needed a few more buttons. All three of them do comparable dps to each other. In a patchwork fight.


We know that come nighthold: If fights require alot of movement. BM will be the spec to go because MM loses a huge amount of damage by any movement. SV being comparable to MM and BM means nothing because if you have to bring another melee, why aren't you bringing another rogue? Now, look at it from the point of view of having to build your other weapon up and play the other style, not because you want to but because your spec is no longer valid.

Die hard BM hunters are playing hunters because they like having pets. Die hard MM hunters are playing marksman because they like being a high damage single target nuker without a pet. People playing SV don't really care what other people think.
