Bug: Al'maiesh(waist) with Binding Heal

Haven't seen any talk of this yet. Binding Heal no longer properly procs Serendipity(Serenity only) while using Al'maiesh. Instead it just stacks the bonus to next Serenity cast. Seems to work fine for Sanctify.
Hope this gets fixed as I find BH with this legendary particularly useful for M+, which is what I almost exclusively run.

Can confirm. Clear bug, I used the BH + belt combo before 7.1.5 heavily on aoe fights.
