anyone else with 2 piece bonus? does it procc tactitian or just colossus smash? i think it never reset the cooldown of only colossus smash for me... if it does increase your chance to procc tactician is it maybe undervalued by sims?

Tactician. It's worded incorrectly. It just doesn't proc very often, which is why it sims bad. Also, pretty sure it's impossible to tell if you got the proc from 2pc or from the actual Tactician passive..
