Phasing out in world pvp

Ran into a group at bareback brawl tonight were there was a team of 5 that would phase out every time they were close to death and appear a few seconds later in the same spot healing themselves. They were not joining queues it was as if they had an item that made them invisible. What item were they using to do this? It was a resto shaman, ww monk, rogue, prot paladin, hunter.
