Is it intentional that the hunter tier19 2 set bonus does not work with dire frenzy? Do devs know about this? Considering its our best singletarget talent right now it would be strange.

This has been discussed before several times: unfortunately it does seem like an oversight. As for whether or not the devs know about it: that's not clear about any hunter matter these days. People have already caused a fuss over this flaw among others and so far there's been no response.

i was hoping for a fix so we dont have to play around with how badly the t2 and t4 effect synergy with each other but i guess not
