Oneth's Intuition Rotation

Recently i've got Oneth's Intuition legendary - and here is my question: what is the opener and overall rotation using this legendary and Stellar Flare? Is it much different than the normal one?

nothing changes, just make use of your procs.
you can pool a starfall if you know adds are coming shortly

You should try to use the procs before you cast another Star spell so you don't waste the free Starfall/Starsurge proc.
