RC Loot Council History?

Hello, I am an officer in my guild <Methodical>, and we are using RC Loot Council to distribute loot. We are having an issue getting loot history working. Both 'Enable Loot History' and 'Send History' is enabled within RC Loot Council but it is not working. I looked to try to find more information on how to get it working but I found none.

Anyone with a understanding of this addon if you can comment I would super appreciate it.

Make sure the relevant settings are enabled,

type /run RCLootCouncil.nnp = true
type /rc test 5
Award all the items to yourself
type /reload

I am facing the same issue as OP, when I do what you suggest, it seems to work as intended. Is there a way to get it to work w/o having to "/run RCLootCouncil.nnp = true"?
