Order hall upgrades come 7.2?

Hey i just have a quick question, I read on the Front page there will be 2 new upgrades for the Class hall. One of them was adding a 2nd Skill to Relics
What is the other one?, and how expensive are thise skills going to be?

20k 1 hour research. Get a 7th class hall champion slot
Or learn a new minion type you can get. That gives % increase to mission and counters rwdnomly. Hazard. Spell. Or minion. Can have 2 at a time.
This is more of a reward for finishing your class campaign part 2

Then the relic one is 30k and takes 2 weeks. So you might wanna start saving up now. As you will need about 60k in 7.2
