Nope, it's a pvp talent.

Probably not what you're looking for if you want something written like Trox's old ones or Pumps in the druid section.

But I made a video guide when Legion launched and then one for 7.1.5.
In no way am I the ubercorn of the Blood DK world etc but I certainly tried to give as much info as I could about the class, play style, specs and abilities, talents etc.

Hopefully they can be of some help to you, if not I would recommend going to the Blood DK discord and asking any questions you might have there, you'll find Trox etc over there and they are usually happy to provide answers. (read the resources section first though)
