Resto and Ele - Where to put your points in the wep?!

Hello you guys!

I need your help, i am in saituation where i need your oppinion of where and when i should put my points in my Resto and ele wep.

Both of them is "specced" towards raiding, the guild i am in is 8/10 mythic.

Resto is my main spec, and also the spec i use for progression raids.

Ele is mostly for M+ plus the odd heroic raid etc etc.

Depends on what you want to prioritize: Progression raiding, or other stuff
If you're gonna just rely on your other folks to help carry that little difference you could have made in raid, go ahead and pump into elemental
Not that pumping into elemental is bad, but I generally feel raiding should be more important

Is this in regard to the new traits and 4/4 traits coming tomorrow? For resto, here is a decent thread about it.
