7.2 fire mage traits route

Hey, I need help. What traits should we max on fire at the beginning of 7.2? New ones or ranks for older traits?

Well, this is just for single target. Strafing Run is amazing for AoE and Warmth of the Phoenix is just rated so low, because it does not measure the damage gain from the four buffed players (in a group or raid environment).
I'm still unsure, maybe I'm going straight to the golden trait, first.

if ou want to focus on aoe damages for fire, this is obviously not the same pattern.
Obviously, you should finish the brand new part of the tree before going to older traits, like (for aoe again) :
everburning>burning gaze> blue flame spec>fire at will.

But this should be usefull only if you miss aoe damages in your guild. Not very likely to happen atm.

I'm going to main fire(tried frost and it gives me 0 fun) so I need single target route

I'm not saying my way is the way to go, but i followed the google doc path from post 2 with the exception that i got the extra rank of pyro damage before starting on Pre-Ignited/combustion time.

I actually like pre-ignited quite a bit, i just want my pyro damage

I suggest simming it. The linked document has frost path completely wrong for example, because it uses default shit gear with zero legendaries and therefore is completely disconnected from reality (unless your gear is shit too).

AMR has a simulation you can run and you can select the boss type (ST) or mythic+ (AOE) and it will show you which order to pick as well.
