Order Hall success chance lower after patch.

Has anyone else experienced this? I can't even hit 200% on ilvl 830 missions anymore despite having the same setup as before the patch. Before the patch I hit 200% on everything including most ilvl 850 missions. It just seems weird.

Confirmed.

Rare missions also cost a ton of Resorces to run.

I guess they re-tuned it for the extra follower/hall advancement trait, but forgot to include him this week.
