weak aura help

So I want to use this weak aura:

I imported it. But it's not shown during the challenge. It's shown if I type /wa

I tried a lot. What did i miss? At the load option i checked "In Combat", so it should be visible all the time....

An event would work, but it's missing a few things. Change the Type to Status, and then the Status to Cast. Select the proper Unit, and then go from there.
