Sephuz's Secret / SimCraft Sephuz_Perfect

Hi, is someone here who knows about SimCraft?
I see in the theorycrafting threads about legendaries (http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-2-0-All-specs) that there is somethign called "Sephuz_Perfect".
I have Sephuz's Secret and would like to know how to use it "perfectly" as MM Hunter.

This is purely theoretical. It is the sim for sephuz if you proc'd it on cd (every 30s) without using any focus or GCDs to do so. The most obvious way to do this would be to use Counter Shot every 30s. There are other options.

Freezing Trap on CD is one of them that gets close but does use a GCD and you have to be quick to place it. So, the most likely way to get close to the theoretical max is to use Counter Shot every 30s (not every 24). After that, Freezing Trap lines up perfectly with the Sephuz ICD and is great for adds. If during a boss fight there are interrupts, then you will be competing with melee and other classes who are wearing Sephuz and depending on the procs, so gl!
